Weekend Schedule

Saturday, June 14 from 3-6:30 PM:

Race bag pick-up at JUST LIQUID SPORTS in Cranbrook (for ALL events)

Note: bring required TriBC or ABTri or other Triathlon Canada member verification (if you declared yourself a member or be prepared to pay race day insurance fee) and photo ID to claim your race bag.

If required – Schedule will be adapted to adhere to specific government restrictions designed to ensure a safe event for everyone. Information will be updated if changes occur as soon as it is available, participants contacted via email (check junk folder if you are not receiving emails)

REQUIRED .>> PRE-RACE MEETING for ALL REGISTRANTS Monday JUNE 9, 2025 at 7:30 PM (Online).

Saturday June 14 2025:

  • Event Set-up
  • FREE Race Clinic 1:00PM at Wasa Lake Horseshoe Bay above Beach area
  • Race Bag Pick up 3-6:30 PM at Just Liquid Sports in Cranbrook

*** NO race package pick-up option on race day.

Sunday June 15 2025:

  • 6:30 am: Transition Zone opens
  • 6:30 am: CHECK-IN opens for Super Sprint/Sprint/Standard Triathlon/Teams/Aquabike
  • 7:40 am: CHECK-IN closes
  • 7:45 am: Super Sprint START
  • 8:00 am: BC CHAMPIONSHIP Sprint Tri START
  • 8:15 am: (+/- 10 mins) Standard Tri Solos & Relay Teams & Aquabike
  • Awards – only for SPRINT Championship event, pick up all othe rmedals/prizing for 2025 at medal booth on side of finishline – available until a half hour following event.
  • 12:20 PM Trikids CHECK-IN Opens
  • 12:20 PM TriKids Transition Zone Opens
  • 1:00 PM Trikids Pre race meeting
  • 1:15 PM TRIKIDS Event START (wraps up aprox 2:45)
